Expand the production of rice husk silica and the technology to those who are intested in and to rice-producing countries

In 2016, the first industrial pilot project for amorphous silicon dioxide production from rice husk was launched with an initial production capacity of 100 tons/month 

The technology enables the production of amorphous silicon dioxide with a wide range of adjustable physico-chemical properties and characteristics. The silica products obtained from the technology have a very high purity of silica up to 99.99% in an amorphous form. The applications cover all industries, ranging from pharmaceutical industry to skincare, tire, rubber, paint, and many other more. In terms of business, the technology provide a high IRR % with a short payback period.

Now, not only producing amorphous silica from rice husk, EKASIL is also expanding the technology to those who are interested in and to other rice-producing countries.
